Lot sizes range from 1 acre to 3.5 acres. They may be purchased as an improved lot or through our “Turn-Key Building Program“ or “Tenancy In Common” programs. Financing terms include: 10% down payment; 5.50% interest for a 3 year term; 5.95% interest for a 5 year term; monthly payments amortized over 20 years; no origination fees; closing costs assumed by Seller; balloon payment of all principal and interest on commencement of construction of improvements on the Lot or the end of the term, whichever is sooner. This financing package provides potential buyers the ability to purchase lots now while they are available on easy, affordable terms. There is no requirement to build on lots under this financing program.
